We're looking at reserving a tiny cabin for our fall getaway. This one in Ohio in particular is appealing to me, as it's not too far of a drive and nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and sandstone hills of eastern Ohio. Sounds pretty idyllic, plus it's dog friendly.

I love the idea of this Getaway cabin because we'll be in nature, but don't need to "rough" it. We'll have fresh bed linens, bath towels, and a kitchen available for our use. There's even a private bathroom with a shower! Each cabin also has its own outdoor space with a fire pit, picnic table, and chairs. Plus, the folks at Getaway prepare a guide for each of their cabins showcasing local hiking spots, grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions. That's something I appreciate, as I hate vacations where I have to spend hours planning ... when I want to be relaxing!
